Surviving to Thriving: Your First Step Toward Change

 

Do you work hard but still find it difficult to make ends meet?
Are you looking for a safe, supportive community that will encourage you as you work toward your goals?
Do you have dreams for yourself and your family — but need the right tools and support to make them happen?

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Surviving to Thriving class is the introductory step into the Circles program — a welcoming, short-term training designed to help you:

  • Understand your personal strengths and goals
     
  • Build practical skills for budgeting and planning
     
  • Connect with community resources
     
  • Gain support and encouragement from others on a similar journey

Surviving to Thriving: Take the First Step Toward Change

Are you ready to get ahead and take control of your future?
Surviving to Thriving is a short, engaging intro series to the Circles Program — designed for individuals and families ready to set goals, plan for success, and grow in a supportive community.

What to Plan For:

  • Wednesdays, 6–8 pm
     
  • Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin, IN (King Street, Exit 44 off I-65)
     
  • Includes dinner, childcare, and transportation assistance (if needed)


  • $25/class gift card stipend offered to students during the course
     

What You’ll Do in the Class

  • Reflect on your current situation and envision your future
     
  • Build practical skills: budgeting, planning, and setting SMART goals
     
  • Connect with others on the same journey and gain ongoing support
     

How to Join

  1. Complete an Interest Form
     
  2. Interview with our Circles Staff--this is a chance to ask questions and make sure Circles is right for you
